HA Desert Eagle arrived on
October 7, 2006. He put his halter on and jumped eagerly off the truck
to explore his new home. Eagle is a big boy for just one year old weighing
171 pounds. He has heavy bone and perfect conformation with dense crimpy
fleece. Eagle fit in immediately with Pacino, MacArthur and Braveheart. He
is very mature when it comes to the girls and is as vigilant as our
Conclusive at keeping an eye on them. |

Eagle is inquisitive and
friendly and loves to put his halter on. We are very pleased with our new
herdsire and are confident that he will make a huge contribution to the
Patapin goal of producing quality alpacas. Many thanks to Trish Duma -
Heritage Alpacas. |

His Sire
Eagle's sire is
Jolimont 2 Peruvian Sweet William ARI - #804172 , a Sculpture son, with unique
genetics to Canada and the US. Fibre stats that speak for themselves
(16 microns at 2.5 years old). Producing quality Supreme Champion
offspring. Sweet William is making his mark in the North American
Alpaca Industry! Sweet William was sired by the now deceased
Jolimont Peruvian Sculptor out of Australia. Sculptor is still
considered one of the top studs in Australia. Sweet William is sure
to add fineness and luster without compromising density or crimp.
His 7th year shear weight was over 10 lbs! Sweet William is a stocky
well put together male with a beautiful head and great disposition.
Sweet William is very consistent with putting quality offspring on
the ground that have very soft shiny fleeces on well built stocky
frames.
