Int'l & Am Champion Finkkila's Kamu

Kamu came to live with us at age of 11 months. His show career started in July, 2000 and he received both Int'l and Am Championship titles within four months.
In 2000 Kamu ended the year in the Top Five for Breed Points and in the Top Ten for all Breed Points*; a huge accomplishment for a 2-year-old only shown for four (4) months.
Kamu has received the Canine Good Citizen Certificate and also passed the American Temperament Society Testing for his TT certification number.
In addition to his accomplishments, Kamu enjoys visiting hospitals and rehab centers in our area. His striking red coat, elegant movement and overall beauty, as defined by the breed standard, make him a standout in the ring. This is reflected in the 2001 rankings* where Kamu has been ranked in the Top Five in Breed Points for ten months and Number One for four of those months.
When not on the show circuit, he is a house pet who loves to chase birds and squirrels, lay in the sun, and play with his friends. He is often caught laying on his couch playing with a toy. (* Rankings from American Kennel Club)
