What kind of people are coming to clean my home ?
Each maid is thoroughly trained and is under direct supervision while in your home. They
arrive in a well marked car and in uniform. They are proud professionals who will not solicit tips, eat or drink in your home. They will not smoke on your property.
They will not solicit, nor accept private jobs from clients.
Am I potentially liable for worker’s comp. insurance or taxes ?
Many homeowners are not aware of their potential personal liability for work-related injury and
social security taxes for independent home- service workers.
Don’t worry. Melody Maids takes care of this for you.
At what time will the Melody Maids team be at my house ?
Our normal work days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will schedule your house on
a day we service your area and we will make every effort to meet your needs.
Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies or equipment?
Melody Maids comes to your home equipped and ready to go. However, if you have a product you wish us to use instead of ours, we will be glad to use your
product.
We request that you supply a kitchen floor cleaner. Please supply Tilex or a bleach product if you have mildew in the bathroom
Do I have to be home when the team comes ?
Most of our customers are not. We will need ready access to your home any time during business hours of
the scheduled day. You may conceal a key or permit us to keep a key. We do not put your name or address on the key. We use a code system. The keys are signed out to the team leader in the
morning and signed back in at the end of the day.
