Section II The objects of the club shall be:
{a} To encourage, protect, and promote the breeding of purebred Old English Sheepdogs and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.
{b} To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the Old English Sheepdog and to encourage sportsman like competition at dog shows, obedience, field, agility, canine good citizen and herding trials.
{c} To conduct sanctioned matches, dog shows, specialty shows, obedience, field, agility, canine good citizen and herding trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club.
{d} To urge members and breeders to accept the Standard of the breed as approved by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Old English Sheepdogs shall be judged.
Section III The club shall not be conducted nor operated for profit and no part of any profits or remainder or residue from dues or donations to the Club shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual.
Section IV The members of the Club shall adopt and from time to time revise, such By-Laws as may be required to carry out these objects.
